Stylist Phillip Bloch joins Marshalls for Canadian Launch

Hollywood fashion stylist to the stars, Phillip Bloch was in town for the official launch of Marshalls in Canada. One of the world's leading off-price retailers, Marshalls officially opened the doors to three of its new Canadian locations in Toronto, Scarborough and Woodbridge.

Mr. Bloch was on hand to demonstrate how to create Spring's hottest looks on a shoestring budget at Marshalls. Aside from working with celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Halle Berry and Will Smith, he is also author of several books, including The Shopping Diet which provides fashionable solutions on how to get more and spend less.

"I'm a huge fan of Marshalls," says Mr. Bloch. "They offer a vast selection of the same brand names found at department stores, but at a much better price — making it easy and affordable to look your best in the season's hottest styles."

Happily dishing-up the latest celebrity fashion trends for Spring 2011, Mr. Bloch led a lively and informative shopping tour of the new store which features women's, men's and children's apparel; a huge boxed shoe department stocked with more than 8,000 pairs of designer and brand name footwear, as well as The CUBE - a high-energy in-store boutique focused solely on teen fashions.

The first three Canadian Marshalls stores- located at 808 Warden Avenue in Scarborough, 7601 Weston Road in Woodbridge and 23 Brentcliffe Road in Leaside — feature a fresh, contemporary design with a bright, easy-to-shop layout and single line checkout for quick service.
