Mutually beneficial bond to bring OBJE brand to China, Europe

Obscene Jeans Corp President and CEO Robert Federowicz said that the company's forthcoming global strategic profit alliance agreement with Beijing Beautyfresh International Trade Co. (Beautyfresh) will be a “great leap forward” toward making Obscene Jeans a global lifestyle brand.
Beautyfresh has extensive experience importing Greek goods into China, where it markets a line of all-natural luxury soaps and beauty products made using Greek olive oil and other ingredients. The company accepted a term sheet from OBJE earlier this week, and both organizations are currently finalizing a definitive agreement. One of an extremely limited number of government-licensed import/export entities in China, Beautyfresh is set to import, market and distribute OBJE-branded products throughout mainland China. Beautyfresh would also use its experience and business contacts to facilitate the export and marketing of OBJE's forthcoming cosmetic and beauty products to Greece.
“This strategic alliance is a great leap forward in building Obscene Jeans Corp. into a global market brand,” Federowicz said. “Beautyfresh's government license to import and export personal-use goods will allow us to collaborate on the production and marketing of a wide variety of products both in China and in Europe. Access to these two major world markets will allow us to expand our brand very quickly and aggressively.”
Federowicz described the global strategic alliance as the first step in the company's plan to market a product line that could soon grow to include casual apparel, organic fragrances and rejuvenating cosmetics.
“Beautyfresh's track record of success across two continents has us very excited to collaborate with them,” Federowicz said.
