TCMA celebrates 35th birthday with a Fashion Apparel Conference

TCMA, The Turkish Clothing Manufacturers' Association which is celebrating its 35th anniversary, is organizing the 4th Istanbul Fashion Apparel Conference, on May 5-6, 2011, with the participation of 2000 professionals from the sector.

The 2011 conference, which will contribute to the promotion of Turkey by gathering valuable speakers from Turkey and abroad, will allow the participants to get first hand information about the textile and ready to wear sectors through presentations on future perspectives, trends, designs, new business models and development of potential markets, made by fashion and retail gurus and young designers.

Our keynote speakers include celebrities such as Paolo Zegna, the CEO of world famous Ermenegildo Zegna, Pier Luigi Loro Piana a well known name in the luxury goods industry and Abel Popez Cernadas from Inditex Supply Chain.

We are expecting you to the Istanbul Fashion Apparel Conference where you will have the opportunity of meeting purchasing delegations from countries such as Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japon, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, People's Republic of China, Poland, Rumania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, UK, USA and Venezuela who are interested in collaboration with the Turkish Textile and Apparel manufacturers. We plan to organize 2000 bilateral meetings with the representatives of these countries; so please do not miss the opportunity of getting to know and work with them.

The opening of the Conference which will take place at the Golden Horn Congress Center-Sutluce, will be made by Minister of State Zafer Çaglayan and E.U Chief Negotiator and Minister of State Egemen Bagis will honor us with his presence on the second day. We have also sent an invitation to Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and are expecting his confirmation.
