NYDJ appoints Colliers as president & CEO

Denim and fashion company NYDJ has appointed the former president of Global Dockers and Chief Transformation Officer at Levi Strauss & Co, Lisa Colliers as president and CEO of the company.

Colliers has been associated with Levis since 13 years. She was responsible for a leading strategic transformation across all brands, regions and channels. She managed the company’s strategic vision and was a part its executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Levis, she was the vice president of product development, planning and sourcing at Tarrant Apparel Group. Before Tarrant, she was into buying and merchandising at The Limited.

She has done her graduation from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

“Lisa has a rich knowledge of denim and retail, as well as a track record of successfully transforming organisations for growth. Moreover, Lisa has a unique blend of operational expertise coupled with strategic vision and palpable creative energy,” Mackey McDonald, chairman of NYDJ’s board of directors commented.

“We feel confident that her leadership and passion for building brands will help take NYDJ to new heights,” he added. (MCJ)
