At the 63rd PGA Merchandise Show being held from January 26-29, 2016, in Orlando, Florida, PGA professionals, golf buyers and industry leaders will have the opportunity to preview the latest golf and resort lifestyle fashions.

“They will also be able to learn merchandising techniques and meet with executives of golf apparel market leaders who will be among some 1,000 companies and brands exhibiting at the show,” a PGA press release said.

Top apparel companies including: Adidas, Ahead, Antigua, Ashworth, Bobby Jones, Brooks Brothers, Bugatchi Uomo, Callaway Golf Apparel, Carnoustie, Chase 54, etc, will present their latest styles in exciting displays.

A new Textile Sourcing Pavilion will complement the fashion and accessory exhibits by offering special access to a curated group of fabric mills and factories specialising in athletic and golf related apparel.

Textile Sourcing Pavilion companies will share the latest innovations in athletic performance fabrics, along with information on duty-free factory resources.

Complimentary education sessions will be offered at the pavilion including, 'How to Work Free Trade Agreements into Your Sourcing Matrix' on January 28 at 10:00 am.

The other session will be on 'Technical Fabrics 101: What Makes Athletic Apparel Different' on January 29 also at 10:00 am.

According to PGA, some 1,000 companies and brands utilise the PGA Merchandise Show to launch the new season, demonstrate their latest product lines and connect with influential PGA professionals.

In 2016, the PGA of America will begin its Centennial year celebration at the PGA Merchandise Show, annually the largest gathering of PGA Professionals and golf industry leaders worldwide.

“The PGA of America is especially pleased to have the leading apparel companies exhibiting at the show, where we will kick off our 100-day Centennial year celebration,” said Jeff Price, CCO at PGA of America.

“Thousands of PGA Professionals will have an unparalleled opportunity to preview the latest apparel and accessory collections to merchandise their shops with the best mix of the newest trends and classic designs,” Price too added. (AR)
