Puma, the fastest sportswear brand in the world, has been recognised as one of the Top 10 Best Retail Companies to Work For in 2016 in India. Competing with 7000 companies across 50 countries, Puma India successfully stands at number eight in India as part of the Great Place to Work survey. The award ceremony was held as part of the Retail Leadership Summit 2016 in Mumbai recently, the company said in a press release.

Puma's work culture strongly reflects values of passion, teamwork and cooperation. As a global sportswear brand, Puma firmly cements health and fitness as a part of their work philosophy. The brand values can prominently be seen in Puma's inter office sports league and the office atmosphere. The new office has been designed in a manner where employees can engage in a friendly competition at the gaming area, unwind over a cup of coffee and catch a game at the amphitheatre. Puma is a young organization with an average age below 30 years.

On receiving the award, PUMA India MD, Abhishek Ganguly said- “We at Puma India are very delighted to bag the spot of number eight. Winning this award is a great achievement and we are proud to be amongst the top 10 again this year. At Puma, we have a very unique work environment that strongly embodies a combination of passion and team work. We work closely to support each other so we can truly imbibe the brand ethos of Forever Faster to grow together and be a bigger and better brand.” (SH)
