Hohenstein to present at IFAI Expo Advanced Textiles program

Head of development at Hohenstein Institute's Function and Care department, Dr. Jan Beringer will present at the IFAI Expo Advanced Textiles program, to be held on October 18. He will speak on 'New Functionalities Require Out-of-the-Box Thinking to Substantiate Claims,' in which, he will describe how companies should approach that situation.
Hohenstein, a sponsor of the IFAI Expo Testing Program, will also demonstrate several new testing technologies including a portable, standalone and affordable 3D scanner for size matching in the IFAI Expo Testing Demo Zone.
“Hohenstein is a research institute as well as a testing institute so we are very comfortable being out-of-the-box. It is a unique perspective, that ensures that our scientists evaluate a product's performance benefits in addition to considering available standardised tests,” Dr. Beringer explained. (AR)
