Private equity firm Calera Capital has bought a majority stake in Carnegie Fabrics, a supplier and innovator of sustainable interior textiles and wallcoverings for the corporate, healthcare and hospitality markets. The president of the family owned Carnegie Fabrics, Cliff Goldman will retain a significant equity interest in Carnegie Fabrics.

Carnegie represents Calera’s second investment in Fund V and reinforces Calera’s strength and track record of successfully partnering with strong, founder or family-owned businesses and leading management teams.
Mark Williamson and Ethan Thurow, managing partner and managing director, respectively at Calera Capital led Calera’s investment in Carnegie and will join the company’s board. (AR)
