Joe Kerin & Dennis Parodi assume key roles at American Eagle

American Eagle Outfitters Inc announced that Joe Kerin, EVP Store Operations, will add aerie stores to his responsibilities.
Dennis Parodi, EVP/Chief Operating Officer of the New York Design Center, will resume responsibility for Real Estate across the entire company in addition to his COO responsibilities at the New York Design Center.
Jim O'Donnell, Chief Executive Officer of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. commented: "Our growth rate necessitates this reorganization. American Eagle is fortunate to have capable and experienced leaders like Joe and Dennis. Because of their backgrounds, I expect this to be a seamless transition.”
