Mr Jayesh Mehta as MD of Chandni Textiles

Chandni Textiles Ltd has informed that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:
1. The Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 alongwith the Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Mrs. A J Mehta, Director of the Company, who was to retire by rotation has been re-appointed as Director of the Company.
3. M/s. Chandan Parmar & Co. Chartered Accountants, Mumbai have been appointed as Auditors of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Jayesh Mehta as Managing Director of the Company.
5. Consolidation of Equity Shares of the Company and consequential alternation of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
