OH Logistics appoints Executive Vice President & Gen Counsel

Ozburn-Hessey Logistics recently added Frank Eichler to the executive management team as executive vice president and general counsel. In this newly created role at OH Logistics, Eichler will be responsible for contract administration, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as well as analysis and counsel to the company on legal and policy issues. He will also be directly involved in acquisition activities.
“Frank's expertise will be especially helpful to our acquisitions and investment initiatives,” said Scott McWilliams, CEO of OH Logistics. “He has a successful track record for guiding companies through major strategic changes.”

OH Logistics also recently added new facilities in Romeoville, IL; Plainfield, IN; St. Louis, MO; Chambersburg, PA; and Southern CA. Total expansion for the company year-to-date is almost 2 million square feet. OH Logistics also recently announced the acquisitions of Barthco International, Freightek and Turbo Logistics.
