Sustainable Industrial Network at Hotel Maurya Sheraton

The CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development and International Council of Swedish Industry (NIR) are organising a two-day International Conference on Sustainable Industrial Network on 21st - 22nd January 2008 at 1000 hrs at Hotel Maurya Sheraton, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi.

The aim is to bring together international and national experts working in the diverse areas associated with the concept of SINET and exchange knowledge and best practices between India and the European Union.

The focus themes of the Conference are:
- Textile Industry: Formulating Strategies for Sustainable Growth
- Leather Industry and Sustainable Development
- Sugar Industry: Developing and Contributing to a Sustainable Future
- Medical Tourism: Integrating Sustainability

Ms. Meena Gupta, Secretary, Ministry of Environment & Forests, will be address the Inaugural Session
