Cabela's plans to open stores in Scarborough

Cabela's Incorporated, the World's Foremost Outfitter of hunting, fishing, and outdoor gear, announced its revised store expansion sites. The Company plans to open stores in Scarborough, Maine, and Rapid City, South Dakota, in 2008. Stores scheduled to open in 2009 are Billings, Montana, and East Rutherford, New Jersey.
"Cabela's is confirming today that we will be proceeding with store openings in Scarborough and Rapid City this year," said Dennis Highby, Cabela's President and Chief Executive Officer. "Additionally, we look forward to opening a store in Billings and a store in the Meadowlands Xanadu complex in East Rutherford in 2009."
Cabela's Incorporated headquartered in Sidney, Nebraska, is the world's largest direct marketer, and a leading specialty retailer, of hunting, fishing, camping and related outdoor merchandise.
