Lockheed Martin India Innovation Growth Program launched

FICCI and Lockheed Martin Corpn and IC2 Institute, University of Texas at Austin, USA has launched the Lockheed Martin India Innovation Growth Program.

In the first year, 30 innovative technologies were selected out of which first seven outstanding technologies were given gold medal and the next seven were awarded with silver medal.

This year, we have received an overwhelming response from the innovators all over India. Out of 327 fresh applications 60 promising technologies have been shortlisted.

In this regard, a Press Conference has been organized as per the following schedule:
- Day & Date : Tuesday, February 19, 2008
- Time : 2.30 p.m.
- Venue : FICCI, Tansen Marg, New Delhi

The Press Conference will be addressed by Mr Len Denton of University of Taxas and Mr Philip Geogariou, Vice President – Strategic Partnering, Lockheed Martin Global Inc.
