Amazon to webcast Annual Shareholders Meeting

Amazon.com Inc announced that it will webcast its 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held in Seattle on May 29, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. PT/12:00 p.m. ET.
The event will be webcast live, and the audio and associated slides will be available for at least three months thereafter, at www.amazon.com/ir.
