Vietnamese leather shoe exports to Spain surged in the first nine months this year in spite of anti-dumping duty, said the Spanish Footwear Producers Federation (FICE).
In the nine-month period, Vietnam exported 27.7 million pairs of shoes worth EUR217.6 million to the European country, up 39.96% on-year in volume and 25.43% on-year in value, according to FICE.
In 2007, Vietnam shipped 220.3 million pairs to Spain, an on-year rise of 10.68%, ranking the second in exporting footwear products to the European nation.
