Mr. Tapan Nandy, proprietor of 'Munai Creations' opined that specialization is necessary, and will open the 'door' to many other avenues for the participants; sincerity, tenacity and perseverance are significant aspects that will smoothen the road to success as most of them were coming from remote areas like Pathar Pratima, Namkhana, and reminded them of the sayings of Swami Vivekananda that if one spins the wheel it will rotate, no matter what happens, i.e., the employers will surely recognize their talents if they acquire the appropriate skill set.

Mr. Anup Chatterjee, proprietor of Overseas Leather Goods Company Pvt. Ltd., was of the opinion that there was tremendous scope and immense potential for self-employment, the participants could start their own companies or become the head of the department in which they had specialized during the training, in some other company.

Mr. T. K. Kumar, the Cluster Manager, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI), acknowledged the efforts of the entire team of CLRI, and said that profit earning should not be the sole motive of the participants; He believed in the saying “you reap what you sow” that is, they should have respect towards the work they are doing and the organization where they are working, therefore only through sheer discipline and dedication they will reach their goals.

Dr. Gayatri Biswas (Deputy Director, CLRI) showed her gratitude towards the participants, entrepreneurs and the entire team of CLRI, whose untiring efforts made the programme a success.

Finally, the words of Prof. Dr. Asit Baran Mandal, the Director, CLRI, instilled faith and courage in the minds of every participant, as he cited examples from the preaching of various eminent personalities after distributing certificates to each one of them. He inspired the participants by instilling in them the doctrines of Ramakrishna Paramhansa, who said that one can learn even at the time one is taking one's last breath.

Keeping these verdicts in mind, the participants advanced enthusiastically further to achieve their set targets and most were successful.
