The participants had a rare opportunity and an unforgettable experience of interacting with various entrepreneurs of large export and business houses. They shared their proposals and past experiences regarding venturing into different international markets for export of leather products. The trainers gave useful tips to the different participants regarding improving the quality and marketing techniques of their products.
The Deputy General Manager, Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Mr. Samir Kumar distributed certificates to all the participants. The evening concluded with a congratulatory message and a word of encouragement from the Deputy General Manager to the participants, so that they could proceed forward in any such similar endeavour, not only in Japan but in any other international market.
The participants equivocally said that initially they did not have any idea about the Japanese market but after the training programme they felt that the marketing side was taken care of and that they were expecting many such future endeavours where they could now get more aid in learning various design patterns and techniques.
