Under this partnership, Snapdeal will implement GoKwik's AI model to gain customer insights using over 200 parameters, including customer behaviour and historical data.
The partnership will help Snapdeal to offer enhanced and customised shopping experience to its customers.
The e-commerce giant receives more than 72 per cent of its orders from smaller cities and towns and with GoKwik’s automated address correction, Snapdeal will be able to verify the accuracy of customers addresses.
