An HEC graduate, Fulconis joined the house of Hermès in 2006 as managing director of Hermès Parfums. In 2010, she was named CEO of Hermès Parfums and, in 2015, managing director of the leather goods-saddlery métier, according to a press release by Hermes.
Wilfried Guerrand, member of the Hermès executive committee since 2014, expands his duties as executive vice president in charge of the Hermès woman métier to include the Hermès man, jewellery, silk and textiles, and home métiers, as well as the management of information systems.
Wilfried Guerrand joined Hermès in 1995 as a financial controller. He has since been appointed as industrial development director (2002), managing director for the french market (2007) and managing director of Europe (2009). He became managing director of Hermès woman in 2012 and of digital and e-commerce in 2014. Wilfried Guerrand is an ESC Rouen graduate and has a joint EMBA from the London School of Economics, NYU Stern and HEC Paris.
The double appointments in the executive committee testify to Hermès’ commitment to these métiers. As sites of development for the collections, they are at the heart of the group’s dynamism. The roles of the other executive committee members remain unchanged. (PC)
