BabyBjörn, the renowned Swedish infant care article manufacturer, organised a press conference in Paris on the safety of textile products for babies.
At a time when everyone is concerned with durable development, environmental protection and consumer safety, and when the European Parliament will give its decision on a law assessing the health risk of 30,000 chemical substances used in everyday consumption products, BabyBjörn is committed to babies and makes it a point of honour to respect their physical comfort, safety and health by being involved in the Okeo-Tex approach.
IFTH has associated itself with this operation through the involvement of Michelle Jarrigeon, Okeo-Tex France Manager, who has explained the objectives of such an approach. She was accompanied in her presentation by Edwige Antier, paediatrician, Björn and Lillemor Jakobson, founders of BabyBjörn, and Hervé and Beatrice de Laubier, managers of the company that distributes their brand in France.
