As per the FTP Small Investment Invitation Program, pre-leased freehold 100 sq. ft. units on 5th floor and 125 sq.ft. units on 6th floor in the Industrial Zone of the Fashion Technology Park are being offered to public focusing small investors for Rs 5 Lac per unit on an outright purchase basis.
These units are part of the design studios to be used by top designers, leading fashion brands and fashion BPOs.
