Technical Seminars to be held at Jewellers Association Show

Jewellers Association Show '08 shall be organized between 28th to 31st August, 2008 at Birla Auditorium, Jaipur. The show is organized by Jewellers Association, Jaipur which is an 80 years old body.
The Gem & Jewellery show will also include distribution of Jewellers design awards. For the publicity of the show NRI's in 12 countries have been deputed as Ambassadors.
This show is supposed to be much more attractive and bigger than the previous show. Last year there were 182 Stalls and this year considering the bookings, these are expected to cross 250.00
According to the president of the Association Mr. Vivek Kala, last year 1965 Sq. Meter Area was used for Stalls, whereas this year 3000 sq. meter area will be used.
Last yar there were 15,000 guests which are expected to cross 25,000 this year. Hotels are already being booked for this four days show. Promotions are being made in Jewellery shows all over world for this event.
Three Types of design Awards: Spokes persons of the Association Mr. Sajnay Kala has informed that a special programme of design awards has also been organized this time. It will be an all India level competition.
There will be three types of competition. Here priorities shall be given to Bridal Jewellery to embellish the bride; Casual wear design for Kitty & Birthday parties and Fashion accessories.
Technical Seminars in the Show: Show convener Mr. Nirmal Bardiya informed, that Technical seminars shall be organized during the show.
This shall be attended by country's biggest jewelers and designers; they shall inform about latest designs and trends. Visitors from overseas have also been invited. Outside visitors shall be given free entry in the show.
