The Fashion House to develop footwear industry powerhouse

The Fashion House Inc, a growing women's shoe company announced its portfolio of exclusive license agreements has grown to a total of 10 separate brands as a result of the Company's continued aggressive rollup business strategy to generate high-growth and high-margin revenues in the $50 billion footwear industry.

Through execution of its rollup strategy during the last 18 months, The Fashion House has recently announced licensing agreements with leading fashion designers Bill Blass and Isaac Mizrahi to expand its line of brands for distribution to major retailers. The Company also has exclusive license agreements with top international designers Oscar de la Renta and Richard Tyler.

The most recent announcements included an expansion of an earlier exclusive license agreement between The Fashion House and Bill Blass, doubling the number of Bill Blass collections from two to four.

"These latest license agreements have demonstrated our ability to execute and expand our core strategic initiatives to develop a footwear industry powerhouse that generates high-margin revenues," said John Hanna, CEO of The Fashion House. "Since we launched our program to obtain exclusive global licenses from leading designers, we have successfully broadened our portfolio and we continue to aggressively pursue further expansion."

The Fashion House is leveraging the sales and marketing strength of some of the fashion industry's most recognizable and successful brandsto target the multibillion-dollar worldwide marketplace for women's fashion footwear. According to independent industry research, the total footwear expenditures surpassed $50 billion in 2003 in the U.S. alone. Meanwhile, The Fashion House is preparing to expand its distribution to numerous international markets, representing substantially larger opportunities.
