Trine Lindegaard graduated from the Royal College of Art in London in 2010. She started out designing clothes for her boyfriend and has now been recognized as the skilled designer she indeed is.
Trine has a dream of designing unisex clothing, but not at the risk of losing her male customers. Maybe in time, women will be lucky enough to be wearing Trine Lindegaard design as well. Until then, they’ll just have to steal pieces from their boyfriends’ closets!
Trine Lindegaard’s inspiration comes from Italian menswear and she is profoundly inspired by brands like Prada, Marni and Raf Simons. Her brand contains basic wear and some showpieces, which can be very loud and over the top – in the true sense of the term.
Trine Lindegaard has previously teamed up with Fine Cell Work, the project in which London prisoners did fine embroidery -- 75 % of the stitchers were men.
