The Fashion House Inc, a growing women's shoe company licensing designer brands, announced to hire a veteran industry sales executive Sandy Gabriele to direct it's recently launched Private Label division.
Gabriele's appointment is part of a new strategic initiative at The Fashion House to focus on potential private label customers. Formerly, Gabriele served as a sales analyst and executive at AeroGroup International, where she directed the sale of private labels for the Northeast territory.
Among her accomplishments, she increased sales revenue during her employment with AeroGroup. Gabriele's professional experience also includes positions with fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi and in the retail sector.
"Sandy brings the kind of hands-on sales experience and industry relationships that we believe will help The Fashion House develop our new private label business," said John Hanna, President and CEO of The Fashion House. "There are opportunities within the private label industry, and we are glad to have a professional of Sandy's experience and talent spearheading these efforts."
The Fashion House's core business is the design, manufacture and distribution of licensed women's fashion footwear for top brands including Bill Blass, Oscar de la Renta, Richard Tyler and Isaac Mizrahi. It is expected that the new Private Label division will enable the Company to amortize core production costs and increase sales by designing and marketing footwear for private labels or brands owned by national department store chains and other large retail outlets.
