Brooks Sports to launch “MoGo” midsole technology

Tired of buying athletic shoes that feel great in the store but later seem to go flat? Brooks Sports, a leading running shoe company, celebrates the launch of MoGo, an entirely new midsole compound that ensures a prolonged "first feel" without compromising durability or support.
Demonstrating its excitement for the new midsole material, launching August 1, Brooks Sports guarantees a first feel that will last well beyond 300 miles with the Brooks 90-Day MoGo Guarantee.
Brooks pledges to replace any Trance 6(TM) purchased during the month of August, with any other shoe -- including those of competitors -- if the customer is unsatisfied for any reason. The best part? Customers have 90 days to experience MoGo before making a decision.
"We created the very first EVA midsole back in the 1970's and we're extremely confident we'll once again revolutionize the industry standard with the launch of MoGo." said Pete Humphrey, vice president of footwear research and development at Brooks. "Our main goal at Brooks is to make sure each runner has the best run possible and we stand behind our technology 100 percent. We believe MoGo advancements will help all runners go longer, farther and faster."
MoGo, a new polymer-based substance, is a complete update to the industry standard EVA foam midsole Brooks pioneered 30 years ago. According to an independent research firm, MoGo provides runners with more cushioning (33 percent), more rebound or energy return (22 percent) and a decrease in fatigue (33 percent).
