Aarvee Denim going great guns on denim, readymade garments front

Considering themselves as the country's second largest denim manufacturer, Aarvee Denims & Exports offers a wide range of weave and widths under the brand names: Aden and Amtex.
The Ahmedabad-based plant of the company has a capacity to produce 47 million meters of weaves, 18.50 metric tons of spinning and 6 lakh pieces of readymade garments per annum.
The Arora group that has been marketing denim for over 35 years, and the VB group, a textile trader for the past 50 years, are the joint promoters of the company.
The board of directors of Aarvee Denims & Exports has recommended 13 percent dividend on preference share capital of the company and a final dividend of 5 percent on equity share capital.
The company plans to achieve production capacity of 100 million meters within the next three years and double the present turnover of Rs235 crores by 2007.
