Brazin appoints David Fletcher as CFO & Comp Secretary

The Board of Brazin Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of David Fletcher to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective January 31, 2006.
David brings over 25 years of financial expertise and extensive commercial experience across a number of diverse industries, including retail, with both local and overseas responsibilities. He holds a B.Acc and is a Chartered Account Until recently David was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the listed retailer Stratified Group Limited. Prior to that, he has held senior roles with Woolworths Limited, Sugar Australia and Westpac.

Brazin Limited is a publicly listed company and operates some 668 retail stores Australia wide. Its brands include Sanity Entertainment, Virgin entertainment, BNT (Formally Bras n Things), Aztec Rose, Ghetto, Dusk, Diva, Insane and Ezydvd. The Brazin group was founded in 1980 with the opening of a music store in Pakenham, Victoria by its majority shareholder, Brett Blundy.
