Law & Kenneth bags creative duties of ColorBar Cosmetics

Delhi-based Law & Kenneth has edged out Leo Burnett and got the nod to do the creative duties for ColorBar Cosmetics, a KK Modi Group venture under the licence of ColorBar Inc, USA.

What tilted the balance in favour of Law & Kenneth was it presented a suo moto in-depth study on ColorBar Cosmetics brand's performance in the Indian market, which was exactly what the latter had been looking for.

The study showed that retailing space is the most important aspect for the brand. It also shed light on the personality and behavioural traits of women and connected it with the brand persona eventually.

To start with, the agency would mainly focus on print, besides outdoor, retail promotions and below-the-line activities.

In the mean time, Starcom India will continue to discharge the media duties for ColorBar Cosmetics, with an estimated Rs8 crore.
