Ray Bourque joins stayMAD Sportswear as principal owner

stayMAD Sportswear Inc, announced that Ray Bourque has joined their team as a principal owner. This coincides with the company's introduction of an apparel collection showcasing Bourque, called RB77.
The motivational sportswear company's main line of apparel is aimed at "inspiring people to extraordinary performance," whatever their passion.
stayMAD Sportswear president, Steve Borseti, said, "Our focus is on producing high-quality sportswear that wows people with its look and style, but also has a strong message behind it.
The message is, if you want to accomplish a goal in any part of your life, drive toward that goal. Don't let obstacles become excuses. Ray Bourque epitomizes this."
Speaking at a charity event, Bourque said, "There are two reasons why I think these guys are onto something big. stayMAD's message challenges people (kids in particular) to simply give everything they have and then accept the results, without blaming referees, coaches, parents, teachers etc.
I also love that we're committed to helping youth programs raise money. I'm really excited about the company."
The fundraising program Bourque referred to incorporates a variety of stayMAD designs into apparel customized for towns' youth sports programs. It then contributes a portion of all sales back to the program.
Brian Peluso, stayMAD's Chief Creative Officer added, "People love brands that make a statement, but they better look good too. I think people are going to like what they see from us, both at retail and in our fundraising programs." Pelus has been a creative force behind a number of today's most popular retail brands.
stayMAD Inc is a privately held corporation located in Wilmington, MA. The company sells "motivational" sportswear through its web site.
Its principals are Raymond Bourque, Cleon Daskalakis, Steven Borseti, Michael Castano, and Brian Peluso.
