Jeweller TBZ awards creative duties to Euro RSCG

In a surprising development, Euro RSCG, Mumbai has bagged Rs4-5 crore creative duties for Jewellery chain Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, edging out Gang of Designers or GOD, a Mumbai-based agency.

The biggest task before Euro RSCG is to create a sense of identity and differentiation for TBZ as there are many companies and brands in the market bearing the same name and to take TBZ into their target group - younger customers in their 20s.

The creative duties will cover print, radio, outdoor and cinema advertising. The company is also targeting avenues in the non-traditional space such as events and retail activities.

This is the fourth time in five months that TBZ – The Original has changed its creative duty agencies. The agencies are Dentsu Marcom, Leo Burnett, GOD and the present Euro RSCG, which impressed the client with some work for the Gems and Jewellery Federation.

TBZ executives remained incommunicado, while according to other sources the severing of the short relationship between GOD and TBZ was on amicable terms.
