Amrapali, the jewellery design house of Jaipur, owned by Rajiv Arora and Rajesh Ajmera who have started revamping antique silver jewellery, now has a branch in Selfridges and Knightsbridge in London.
In Bangalore, their jewellery is available at Ananya on Lavelle Road and the recently opened Collage on Wood Street. They're also known for creating jewellery for many fashion designers and Miss India shows.
Amrapali is about blending the rich artistic heritage of India from diverse traditions - be it gold, silver, diamonds or non-traditional gemstones, like the rainbow moonstone, ametrine or labradorite, they can transform it to become ethnic, tribal, rustic or elegant.
