Poonam Soni launches new 'By Invitation' jewellery gallery

The new gallery done up in exquisite stone and mother of pearl inlay flooring – skylight roof – carved stone furniture in Edwardian style boasts of a unique concept store. It is the first 'By Invitation' jewellery gallery in India.
It will function only 5 days a month showcasing a new collection every month either from the home brand Poonam Soni or from other designers. The brand is going to handpick designers for aesthetics and quality and talks are on in with a couple of designers in Milan and New York.
Since every month will have a new collection – everyone can buy something from the gallery – whether it is high end trousseau jewellery, silvery jewellery, art style jewellery. The gallery will have a data bank to record the requirements of customers and invite them accordingly.
This month Poonam Soni is introducing bronze jewellery for the first time in India and has also experimented with other metals besides gold.
Poonam Soni hosted a wine- hors d'oeuvre party to launch the new 'By Invitation' jewellery gallery. Creating an ambience similar to the inside gallery – the outside had a sheer white ethereal ambience. It was created with drapes, lights and a great choice of cold food platters with exotic chocolate and cheese fondues.
Twinkle Khanna who has designed the gallery was one of the first invitees to walk in. The other well wishers included Isha Sharwani, Poonam Sinha, Anil Dharkar, Shaina NC, Nana Chudesama, Bhagyashree, Azeem Khan, Pallavi Jaikishen, Sabina Chopra, AD & Sabina Singh, Sangeeta Kathiwada, Sabira & Chhotu Merchant, Kailash & Arati Surendranath, Narenda Kumar & Kadambari and others. Tejaswani Kolhapure walked in at the fag end.
