Tri-Star Worldwide is the proprietor and marketer of Canadia brand diamond jewellery and it has headquarters in New York. Sources informed that Tri-Star has reacquired the stake held by Rosy Blue Group.
Rosy Blue outlets are spread over 15 nations and it has more than 15,000 employees. Founded in 1960, it is an international giant in diamonds and its turnover is nearly $1.7 billion per year.
Production and distribution of polished diamonds and jewellery, along with manufacturing of rough diamonds are some of company's activities.
According to Rosy Blue's Senior Vice President (polished diamond sales) Raj Mehta, Tri-Star divestiture enabled his company to focus on a single brand of diamonds mined in Canada.
