Posh Clothing USA and Posh Fashion Group No.13, announced that a deal has been struck between its two divisions, which will merge under one banner.
The creators and purveyors of the Posh Rags Originals, Clothing lines, the upscale clothing line often found in high end shops, boutiques and department stores, the creators of the “Wicked Bitch” collections, will now be under one roof, and will fly under the Posh Rags, banner.
The deal would not only bring the USA and Euro divisions together under one roof, the merger would also bring its head designer to the forefront. The company under the Posh Rags, banner would be spearheaded by its head designer and creator Vikter.
In a statement by its head designer Vikter, “I am very pleased that we were able to reach an agreement. Under one roof we can all move forward in one motion to better our designs as well as the continuity for our styles.”
The Company is under going a revamping of its strategies for the New Year and for its new Kollections. We are considering all of our options which would also include bringing new faces on board! We may even consider a flagship store”, further stated Vikter.
