Antik Denim tie up with leather retailer Max Ray

Leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end fashion jeans and denim apparel, Blue Holdings, Inc announced that its subsidiary, Antik Denim, LLC, has signed a license agreement with Max Ray, Inc.

The new agreement grants Max Ray, Inc. the right to produce and distribute small leather goods consisting of handbags, belts, small leather accessories and scarves for both men and women for Blue Holdings' Antik Denim brand throughout the United States. The deal will have an eighteen month term, and will renew for 4 consecutive one-year terms unless earlier terminated by Max Ray. The signed agreement will be effective July 1, 2007.

Max Ray, Inc. designs and manufactures premium leather accessories. The Los Angeles based company has a staff with years of experience in accessory design, manufacturing, and retail.

Josh Cherin, the Company's president, has many years of experience in both fashion accessories and overseas production and has designed and manufactured for both his own lines and for retailers such as Nordstrom, Anthropology and bebe,” said Paul Guez, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Blue Holdings, Inc. “This agreement represents yet another step forward for the Antik brand as we continue to expand both our product lines and reach to further increase our brand awareness. We believe that Antik's trademark logo will translate perfectly onto handbags, belts, scarves and small leather products and will greatly complement our denim offerings.”
