Organizational changes at IT Holding S.p.A.

IT Holding S.p.A. wishes to inform that the recent changes in the Group's key management, with the nomination of Ms. Michela Piva as CEO of Gianfranco Ferré S.p.A. and the elimination of the position of vice chairman of IT Holding, complete the reorganization process of the Group and its four business units.
The current Group organizational structure sees therefore Mr. Tonino Perna, Chairman and CEO of IT Holding S.p.A. and CEO's for each of the single subsidiaries, Gianfranco Ferré S.p.A., Malo S.p.A., Ittierre S.p.A. and +IT S.p.A.
This new organization permits, on one hand, to have better identified responsibilities and to maintain the independence of each single business, on the other hand, it allows the Chairman to reduce his operational role within the Group, which has seen him active in restructuring Ferré, repositioning Malo as a luxury brand, consolidating the leadership of the young lines division and developing the +IT Accessories project, in order to concentrate himself, as CEO of IT Holding S.p.A., on strategy and on relationships with the financial market.
