Aokang wears the Laurel of 2007 Top 10 for leather shoes

On November 10 a piece of good news came from the 4th Information Release of Top 10 Enterprises for Performance in Major Sectors of National Industry that Aokang won the laurel of 2007 Top 10 for Performance in Leather Shoes Manufacture, which has continued to win the first place among National Top 10 Enterprises for Performance in Leather Shoes Manufacture for the 4th time.

Since Aokang Group was ranked the first among this Top 10 in 2004, its business performance has been improved greatly: the production base of Wenzhou headquarters is mainly for the production of domestic sales products; and Aokang production base of West Shoes Capital mainly for the production of low/middle-end products and OEM production for world retail tycoons.

So far it has slowly established a shoe business development pattern featured by eastern and western linkage. In addition, the birth of China's first "Foot Profile Measuring Device" has declared the personal production of Aokang and also brought fresh air of revolution in science and technology to the traditional shoemaking industry.

It's known that the appraisal of this top 10 enterprises for performance in the industry followed the objective, fair and just principle and was based on the statistical data of 2006 submitted by enterprises to the government statistic departments.

The final list was screened out of the top 10 enterprises of profit ranking in every major sector of the industry playing an important and influential role in the development of national economy.
