True North Gems is pleased to announce the addition of Grant Pearson, P.Eng. to the Company's Advisory Board.
Over the past 15 years, and in his current position as Engineering Manager with Nuna Logistics Ltd, Mr. Pearson has established an excellent reputation as mine operator.
Most notably, Mr. Pearson served as Project Manager for Nuna's contract operation of the Misery Pit, BHP Billiton's 5 million tonne, open pit diamond mine, a satellite operation to BHP's Ekati diamond mine in Canada's Northwest Territory.
In addition to the Misery Operation, Mr. Pearson has advanced his career through operational experience with North American Metal's Golden Bear and BHP's Island Copper mines.
Mr. Pearson is a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia and the Northwest Territories and holds degrees from the Montana School of Mines and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
