Speaking on behalf of Zurich Airport, Peter Eriksson, Chief Commercial Officer said: “Nuance (formerly part of Swissair) has operated the Duty Free Stores at Zürich Airport for almost 50 years, always delivering excellent performance, high quality, innovative solutions and great co-operation. By awarding Nuance a long term contract extension we continue to follow our 'preferred partnership concept' approach which was established in 2002. In the next two years, with major construction work underway, we need a strong partner with international as well as national and local know how. Moreover, Nuance has worked closely with us to get Arrival Duty Free approved in Switzerland and we believe it is only fair to share the upcoming rewards with them, getting this distribution channel up and running successfully. We are pleased to be able to continue a successful long term co-operation with Nuance”.
