Elena V to launch Ukrainian line during NY Fashion Week

A celebration of carefree spirit, living in the moment and recapturing innocence. The collection is a playful fusion of colors and textures, defined by refined craftsmanship and epic design.

Elena V Ready-To-Wear collection Fall/Winter 2013-2014 will be presented in a private runway show at the Ukrainian Museum, at the lower east –side Manhattan, during the New York Fashion Week, on February 8, 2013 at 7 pm.

The Ukrainian Museum - 222 East 6 Street, New York NY 10003.

Trademark - Color blocked fabrics creating architectural shapes with innovative asymmetry. Menswear inspired fabrics, layered with sheer organza and lace, creating feminine, easy to wear mix and match separates. Collection inspired by the Ukrainian Culture, rituals of the Ivan Kupala and Byzantine Iconoclasm, communicating spiritual beauty of individual expression, adding intellect to the spirit.

For evening, luxurious brocades, delicate and feminine chiffon prints in effortless cut silhouettes. Sensual shapes, layering and cutouts with creative finishing details complete the collection.
