Singer Estelle wears Eugene Lin to Annual Essence Awards

‘American Boy’ singer Estelle wears Eugene Lin to the 4th Annual Essence Awards. The double platinum, 2009 Grammy Award-winner wore London-based Eugene Lin’s Galiana Blazer and Georgie Trousers from his spring/summer 2013 collection entitled The Judgment of Paris.

Eugene Lin established his eponymous label in 2009, launching his debut womenswear collection over London Fashion Week and he has continued to exhibit at Paris Fashion Week seasonally since 2010. His collections have been featured in various online and print publications such as Vogue, ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, L’Officiel, The Times, Surface, The Untitled Magazine, VOGUE.CO.UK, AnOther, China Daily News, Glamour and PHOENIX.

With a strong focus on creative cutting and a sharp eye for detail, the seasonal collections express Lin’s aesthetic of sophistication through intelligent design and immaculate craftsmanship. Comfort and luxury are synonymous with the label. Each garment is meticulously executed to create interesting pieces that defy trends. Sensuous yet subtle, the unique identity of each piece reflects quiet poise. Eugene Lin is designed and currently manufactured in London. A trained pattern cutter, Lin cuts all of his patterns himself.

Lin trained at Central Saint Martin’s earning a BA (H) in Fashion Design Womenswear and a distinction in the Post-Graduate Pattern Cutting Diploma. Lin is known for his creative cutting and a sharp eye for detail. His seasonal collections represent sophistication through intelligent design and immaculate craftsmanship. Eugene Lin is designed and manufactured in London.

Eugene Lin will be showing his autumn/winter 2013 collection over London Fashion Week on Monday the 18th of February at 1:30pm at Fashion Scout.
