Hessa Rahman inaugurates Perfect Wedding Show

The Perfect Wedding Show was inaugurated at Expo Centre Sharjah by Mrs. Hessa Abdul Rahman Al Midfa, Chairwoman of the Families Affairs Committee in the Sharjah Consultant Council. The Show will run till Feb 24, 2006.

The Perfect Wedding Show is being organised by Expo Centre Sharjah with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI).

The four-day event is displaying the complete range of wedding related products and services. Exhibits at the show include wedding decoration items, fashion and jewellery wear including bridal wear, health and beauty items, and wedding stationery.

Services covering catering, wedding venues, wedding entertainment including traditional dance troops, sound and light services, car and limousine rental, and photography and video, besides travel agencies, home furnishings and appliances, and banking services, are also being showcased at the event.

Some of the unique items that are on display at the Perfect Wedding Show are hand-made wedding items, particularly for the bride, From Turkey, embroidered traditional dresses from UAE, jewellery and evening dresses from Lebanon, and specially made Moroccan Koftan worn on occasions like Henna nights and Eid, among others.

“The Perfect Wedding Show is an ideal exhibition to visit for soon to be married couples and their families who are in search of innovative products and ideas to make the wedding day a memorable affair,” said Mr. Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, Director General of Expo Centre Sharjah.
