Jason Wu unveils his second Miss Wu collection

Apr '13
After mesmerising everyone with his Miss Wu Spring/Summer 2013 range in January, the Taiwanese-born fashion designer Jason Wu is back again with a fall-winter collection for his womenswear line.

In continuation with his obsession for 1960s fashion which was so evident in the previous collection, the 30-year-old’s current range is again heavy on groovy hues, multiple layering and patterns as well as bold masculine and feminine prints.

Exclusively available at the upscale fashion specialty retailer chain Nordstrom, the Miss Wu fall collection includes tiny shift dresses, heavy knits, pleated skirts, leather jackets and bright overcoats.

The Manhattan-based young designer, who is a multiple citizenship (Taiwanese and Canadian) holder, commands an impressive list of clientele which includes the likes of US First Lady Michelle Obama, Diane Kruger, Jessica Parker and Emma Stone.

Founded in 1901, the US-based retailer Nordstrom operates nearly 231 stores in 31 states across the country.
