Fashion brand Esprit launches customer loyalty program

Global fashion brand Esprit has launched Customer Loyalty Program- Esprit Privilege Card (EPC) to felicitate and identify most valued customers.

This program will be governed by leading Integrated Marketing solutions company Wunderman India Ltd.

Any purchase made by customer will accord that person Red Membership an entitlement of 10 percent discount at any Esprit store in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Red member will also receive regular SMS and e-mails on the latest arrivals and exclusive season collections previews.

Any customer who purchases up to Rs 25000 in a calendar year will be upgraded automatically to Platinum membership.

Platinum member enjoys various privileges like discounts, rewards and benefits, invitation to VIP nights, preview shows & special events, SMS and email alerts on new collections, are just some of the benefits.

Peter Hammond, Esprit Regional Director Asia says they understand the strength of Indian market and keeping this in mind, have launched EPC in India.

He is confident that through this program their relationship with customers boost.
