Alyssa Milano extends Touch line to female NASCAR fans

American actress and entrepreneur Alyssa Milano visited the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) race at Daytona International speedway, Daytona Beach, Florida, US to launch her Touch clothing line for female NASCAR fans.
The line, now extended to include NASCAR fans, features high-end driver-specific clothing with shirts featuring name or number of the racers. Presently, the collection offers driver-specific shirts for 10 drivers, namely, Patrick, Earnhardt Jr., Kyle Busch, Carl Edwards, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Kasey Kahne, Matt Kenseth, Brad Keselowski and Tony Stewart.
G-III Sports, a division of G-III Apparel Group Limited has been appointed as the producer and distributor of Touch NASCAR collection.
“We are excited to welcome Alyssa to the NASCAR family, and for the first time, we now have a fashion forward clothing line exclusively for our many female fans,” said Blake Davidson, NASCAR vice president, licensing and consumer products, in an official release.
The new line is an extension of Alyssa’s personalized label Touch, which was launched in spring 2007, and has also launched player-specific collections for women fans of other sports teams like MLB, NFL and NBA.
Alyssa is currently starring on the ABC Series ‘Mistresses’ and guest hosting on ‘Project Runway -- All-Stars’.
NASCAR, the biggest sanctioning body of stock car racing in the US, is a family-owned and operated business venture that authorizes and governs several auto racing sports events including the three largest racing series – the Sprint Cup Series, the Camping World Truck Series and the Nationwide Series.
