The German fashion brand Atelier Gardeur has launched a new skirts and culottes heavy womenswear collection for the Autumn/Winter 2015/2016 season.

Divided into several themes and colour schemes, the skirts are enhanced with swingy hems, mid-length bell-like drapes, narrow or asymmetrical shapes and sporty zipper detailing.

The circular knit and polyester heavy Soft and Smart themed entry is based in tones of taupe, elderberry and blue. Accentuated with lozenge patterned checks, tone-on-tone paisley and aquarelle-like feather prints, the line includes flowing knee-brushing culottes, silver detailed leatherette joggers, pleated A-line coated jersey skirts, pencil skirts and crepe midis.

Made using pleated tweed, textured bouclé, leather and knits and circular knits, the Black and Cool theme offers subdued animal print culottes and wrap-over skirts in black and off-white colour combinations.

Crafted with flannel and wool, the Strong and Pure is accented with textured yarns and foliage motifs. The collection includes wintery culottes and asymmetrically pleated or A-lined skirts in matt or glossy finished black and olive or black and copper colour combinations.

The Monochrome and Smooth theme is based on a palette of black, copper and camel hues. Adorned with lozenge shapes and abstract jacquard patterns, the bouclé yarns made line features wrap-over skirts and leopard print pencil skirts.

Owned by the Mönchengladbach-based trouser specialist Gardeur Group, Atelier Gardeur is known for its garments with perfect fit, finish and quality. Founded in 1920, the Gardeur Group, which owns other labels line G Design and Thomas Rath Trousers, employs a workforce of some 2,000 people and caters to almost 3,000 customers in 50 countries around the globe.
