Selena Gomez designs Adidas Neo Label's SS line City Life

The American actress and global ambassador for teen lifestyle brand Adidas Neo Label, Selena Gomez, has offered her creative inputs into the brand’s latest Spring/Summer collection City Life.

Inspired from the glam contemporary sportswear aesthetics, the range is a mix of streetwear trends and sports silhouettes detailed with ultra-feminine blurry flower prints.

Based on shades of black and white along with pops of yellow and pink, the collection offers gym staples like hoodies, track pants and bomber jackets made using unusual materials like structured fleece, mesh, drapey single jersey and denim.

“I am very happy with my new Adidas Neo Label collection. The color pops and blurred flower graphics are a great spring look. The collection bridges sportswear and street wear, but still manages to incorporate modern silhouettes like the cropped hoodie or higher waisted denim. The pieces in this collection are absolute seasonal must-haves,” said Selena in a company press release.

Like the apparel, the footwear assortment is also a fusion of contemporary streetwear and city attitude. Drawing inspiration from classical basketball silhouettes with discreet pops of neon colours, the seasonal offering is enhanced with exquisite floral graphics.

The accessories section showcases perforation and material combinations including crocodile look PU and a combination of mesh and blurred flower graphics. (PB)
