Faithful to ample forms and long dresses in the latest editions of São Paulo Fashion Week, this time André Lima introduced a collection based on volume.
He took away from length, brought the silhouette closer to the body, highlighted the waist and abused in the creation of volume spread about the pieces.
They are found on the hem of the short dress, or the balloon, or the leg-of-mutton sleeves.
Or it can simply emerge in the details, like an enormous bow on the back or front of the piece.
Pleats and ruffles decorate the pieces. Satin, silk taffeta, tricoline, jersey and jacquard add life to the predominantly plain clothes.
The few prints use graphic art. André Lima chose purple, black, red, carbon and yellow for next season. The designer closed the fourth day of fashion shows.
